Construction Project Manager
A highly experienced Construction Project Manager is required for a large construction project in Ireland.
* Coordinate subcontractors and control programmes to ensure timely completion of the project.
* Prepare progress reports, chair site meetings, and communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.
* Plan site set-up, logistics, deliveries, and traffic management, working closely with the Project Director.
* Maintain health and safety standards, liaise with design teams, and raise RFIs as necessary.
* Issue requisitions, maintain site diaries, and monitor quality/work standards.
Key Requirements:
* 7+ years' experience in construction project management with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
