Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

* Manage tender submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality proposals.
","
* Support contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
","
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive commercial and business development initiatives forward.
","
* Analyse performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and commercial growth.
","
* Lead or support meetings, including preparing documentation, capturing actions, and following up to drive accountability and momentum.
","
* Provide cross-functional support through ad-hoc tasks that contribute to wider strategic goals, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
","
* Utilise Microsoft Office skills daily, leveraging Excel for data analysis, Power Point for impactful presentations, and Outlook for efficient communication.
","

Requirements:

","
* Degree in Business or related field; master's degree an advantage.
","
* 1-2 years of experience in commercial, business development, or project coordination role.
","
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to liaise confidently across all levels.
","
* Outstanding attention to detail and passion for getting things right.
","
* Strong time management and organisational skills, with ability to plan, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines.
","
* Proven ability to create and manage detailed project plans, adapting as needed to stay on course.
","
* Confidence in reviewing performance data and applying commercial thinking to identify improvement opportunities.
","
* Advanced skills across Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
","
* Resilience and determination to achieve outstanding results.
","
