The Role: Our client are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Co-Ordinator to support the successful delivery of luxury fit-out and refurbishment projects across the hospitality sector. This is a vital role within a dynamic project team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between site teams, head office, suppliers, subcontractors and clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in preparing and distributing key project documentation (e.g., contracts, purchase orders, RFIs). Maintain accurate records, track timelines, and support document control systems. Coordinate project meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding documentation, insurance and compliance. Support procurement activities and logistics coordination. Assist with HSE compliance documentation and cost reporting in collaboration with the finance team. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a project coordination or administrative role. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project or document control platforms is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is beneficial. Desirable: Experience with document control systems. Awareness of HSE requirements and site admin procedures. A qualification in business administration, construction management or a related field.
