Our organization is looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our global team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge web-based solution that supports global claims handling teams, managing claims from notification of loss through to settlement.


Job Description

* Key Responsibilities:
* - Performing in-depth assessments and analysis of new requirements to define their functional and data impact within our claims management system.
* - Designing and optimizing end-to-end process flows and functional features across the value chain of claims management.
* - Engaging in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from UX and UI design to integration with backend APIs, Data Marts, and Corporate Systems.
* - Documenting technical requirements and processes to support the definition of work for application developers and data professionals.
* - Supporting data migration efforts: legacy system data/model review, data mapping, requirement definition/review for data migration framework.
* - Co-leading Agile ceremonies to refine requirements and define features to user story level.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Essential Skills:
* - 5+ years of experience in a Business/System Analyst or similar role, preferably with a focus on commercial risk insurance, claims management systems or finance sector.
* - Proven expertise in supporting Agile Scrum delivery teams by translating business needs into technical system requirements.
* - Strong proficiency in system process modeling, data flow diagramming, and designing decision logic for automated workflows.
* - Experience with system integration, including API design, backend connectivity, and familiarity with UX/UI implementation from a technical perspective.
* - Solid data literacy, including hands-on experience with data profiling, schema design, mapping, and analysis to support system functionality.
