Project Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to manage the programming aspect of projects from procurement to final account stage, ensuring timely delivery and continuous monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality project programmes that meet client expectations within allocated timeframes and deadlines.
* Provide guidance and support to sales and support teams.
* Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure successful execution.
* Liaise with external customers, internal teams, and equipment manufacturers/suppliers as required.
* Regularly report on project progress to the management team for project and portfolio analysis.
* Monitor programme progress, identify areas of concern, and propose mitigation measures where necessary.
* Conduct regular site visits to assist site teams with planning matters.
* Communicate any planning issues to the senior project manager and site management team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of construction planning experience.
* Experience in the Civil Engineering sector.
* Experience at both tender and contract stages of projects.
* Demonstrated understanding of the construction process and how a project comes together.
* Strong communication skills.
