Clare Contract:Full-Time, Permanent Reports To:Contracts Manager Renumeration:Excellent package/benefits available for the successful candidate Job Summary The Junior Project Manager supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The Junior Project Manager assists in managing project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Key Activities Assist in developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project progress aligns with plans. Monitor project performance, track milestones, and report updates to senior project managers. Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to address queries and provide project updates. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and risk assessments. Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing materials and reviewing subcontractor agreements. Support in managing site activities, addressing on-site issues, and ensuring project quality standards are met. Identify potential risks or delays and propose solutions to keep the project on track. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide support to on-site teams. Competencies Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.
