EPS Group is seeking an
Administrator
to support our Minor Contracts team at our Mallow office.
This is a varied, hands-on role within a friendly and supportive team, offering exposure to project administration, finance, systems, and compliance activities. Ideal for someone local to Mallow looking for a stable role with strong development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Minor Contracts team
* Set up and manage projects on the ERP system (IFS), including sales contracts, planned costs, baselining, and project activities
* Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders
* Process delivery dockets, invoices, and monthly invoicing
* Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and project records
* Review project financial reports with Engineers and update monthly WIP reports
* Collect work reports and issue to Engineers to support payment processing
* Work on ORP systems (including Maximo and Measure Sheets)
* Create and maintain site safety files, including PSCS/PSDP documentation and H&S training records
* Compile O&M manuals and issue to clients
* Track crew training, equipment certification, vehicle servicing, van checks, and project assets
* Organise signage, labelling, and equipment bookings from project stores
* Act as Time and attendance administrator for Minor Works Mallow
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous administrative or project support experience
* Experience with ERP or multi-user accounts systems (desirable)
* Strong IT skills (Excel & Word)
* Excellent attention to detail and numeracy
* Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
* Positive, flexible team player with strong communication skills

You enjoy working as part of a team, supporting Engineers and Project Managers, and take pride in keeping systems, documentation, and financial records accurate and up to date. You are proactive, adaptable, and confident working across systems, with a professional and approachable manner.
