About the Role
Our organisation is seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical position as Assistant Facilities Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of maintenance operations across multiple sites, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance Operations: Accountable for ensuring all PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and Reactive Maintenance activities are completed within agreed KPI/SLA response and completion targets.
* CMS & Documentation Management: Responsible for maintaining accurate technical records within the CMS system, including worksheets, commissioning reports, certificates, and timesheets.
* Team Leadership & Subcontractor Coordination: Oversees daily supervision of planners and coordination of maintenance workflows to ensure efficient resource utilisation across contracts.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams effectively. Proactive problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail would also be advantageous.
