Behaviour Support Specialist
We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and resolving issues pertaining to individuals communicating with us through challenging behaviours, and supporting individuals towards better wellbeing and enhancing their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and develop interventions to support individuals with challenging behaviours.
* Provide behavioural support to adults and/or children in a similar setting for the relevant role.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements:
* Possess a MSc. In Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour Support.
* A minimum of 1 year's full-time experience in conducting assessments and developing related interventions.
* Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), or Irish Society of Behaviour Analysis (ISBA), or hold full membership of Division of Behaviour Analysis with the Psychological Society of Ireland.
* A full clean driver's license with eligibility to drive in Ireland and use of a car.
