As an Enablement Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving performance improvement and execution capabilities across our Global Sales Development organization in EMEA. The ideal candidate has extensive experience building and delivering high-impact instructor-led training and eLearning for sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver training programs for Sales Development teams (SDRs, MDRs, PDRs), focusing on product knowledge, sales strategies and skills, and effective use of sales tools.
* Train and enable teams primarily in EMEA, with flexibility to accommodate overlapping time zones for North America.
* Prototype and improve learning materials, presentations, and training modules to align with sales objectives.
* Deliver and continue to enhance onboarding programs for Sales Development new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to succeed.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's or advanced degree in a business-related or technical-related field or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience with Sales Enablement and/or Instructional Design in a technology-driven business environment.
* Knowledge of own function, including functional principles, core practices, policies, procedures, methodologies and tools; and knows how to apply this knowledge to complete assigned work.
