Job Opportunity:
Trade Counter Sales Assistant
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting a busy trade counter within a retail outlet.
* Assist a busy trade counter, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support.
* Provide exceptional customer service, dealing with queries and orders over the phone, face to face and by email.
* Offer experience and knowledge within the plumbing, heating, building suppliers and construction sectors.
Requirements:
* 2+ Years Trade Counter Sales experience within the plumbing, heating, construction or building suppliers industries.
* Excellent Knowledge of Building and Construction considered an advantage.
* Excellent Communication, Organisation and Time Management Skills essential.
* Flexible working hours: 40 hrs per week over 5 days per week from 8.30AM – 5.30PM – Sunday closed.
* Computer literate and ability to update CRM's.
