In This Role You Will
Leading searches & candidate engagement, and delivering outstanding candidate experience.
You will play a meaningful role in ensuring that we meet a rapidly growing business's ongoing needs.Deliver an efficient, effective and quality service to all partners.Utilise your established network within the technology space along with the vital technical knowledge to have high value recruitment conversations.

Technical Recruitment background in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience engaging with senior engineering and engineering leadership profilesAbility to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines
Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out but is not vital in order to apply for this role;
A passion for delivering outstanding service and experience for allExperience researching and market mapping to proactively identify and engage people.Ability to rigorously prioritise, coordinate, and multitask; simultaneously building and handling pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the processStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret sourcing metrics, drawing insights, and translating into action
This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin.
Travel will be required for in-person collaboration - exact frequency to be agreed with manager.

Our team sits within the wider People Services division of Bank of Ireland.
We are a close knit collection of specialist recruiters who make a high impact within the Bank.
We lead the full-cycle recruitment journey for external new joiners and existing internal colleagues.
In addition, we implement hiring strategies for all divisions, leading searches and managing candidate engagement all whilst delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and our colleagues.
