Key Retail Operations Manager Role
A leading retail business is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Assistant Manager to drive forward sales, revenues, and customer satisfaction in our dynamic stores.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must have a proven track record of success in fast-paced retail environments.
* Must be target driven and customer service orientated.
* Must demonstrate high levels of operational leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Suitable candidates will thrive on pace, people processes passion. In this exciting role you will act as Duty manager for the entire store. You'll be tasked with driving forward both turnover revenues from the store based on lean principles. Key areas include managing day-to-day operations ensuring exceptional customer service delivering exemplary standards in store presentation stock control shrinkage administration compliance
Besides enjoying being on the shop floor other key responsibilities are assisting Store management achieving company KPI's making strategic business decisions using management information reviewing staff performance developing training plans conducting internal audits reducing wastage improving quality control facilities maintenance maximising brand reputation promoting positive culture within team.
