Reporting to: The Operations Manager on a daily basis, while liaising with General Manager and Hotel Manager to ensure that the agreed strategy is delivered across the various segments of the Restaurant The Person: We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in a Senior Supervisor or Management Role who can demonstrate ability to successfully assist in managing and develop the Hotel while providing a consistent high level of service to our guests. The main responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager will be: * Responsible for the day to day management of McLaughlins Restaurant within the Castletroy Park Hotel. * Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. * Ensure the highest level of standard of service and cleanliness are maintained at all times. * Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback. * Work closely with the Head Chef, Kitchen Team and Sales & Marketing Department. * Management, training and development of the Restaurant Team. * Achieve finance targets in relation to sales and costs (including payroll). * Duty Management shifts. * To deal with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner in accordance with company procedure.
