Healthcare Support Role
As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in creating a comfortable environment for residents and colleagues alike.
You will assist in the provision of high-quality care to our residents, work collaboratively with your team to achieve exceptional standards, and ensure that clients maintain their dignity and individuality.
* Assist clients with daily living tasks such as washing, toileting, dressing, undressing, and other essential needs
* Provide support when needed, while ensuring clients retain their comfort and dignity
* Monitor clients who may be confused or have behavioral problems
* Assist with end-of-life care for clients who are dying or have a progressive illness
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working within a caring environment, effective communication skills, and a willingness to be a team player.
Key Responsibilities
* Care: Ensure the highest levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting clients with daily living tasks
* Assist clients in all aspects of their care needs (e.g., physical, emotional, and spiritual)
* Provide support when needed, while ensuring clients retain their comfort and dignity
* Monitor clients who may be confused or have behavioral problems
* Assist in the promotion of continence
* Assist in the delivery of care for clients who are dying or who have a progressive illness
