We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, quality assurance, and supplier relations.

This role involves developing and implementing world-class supply chain processes that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for managing suppliers, conducting product and process investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Your qualifications and experience:
* A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role;
* A degree in Quality Management, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering; or equivalent experience;
* Proven track record of success in leading teams and projects, with strong communication and problem-solving skills;
Your attributes and skills:
* Advanced inspection methodologies, including mechanical, visual, and precision linear measurement;
* Excellent knowledge of geometrical tolerancing and advanced interface with suppliers across technologies;
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
* Experience with Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis, and Lean principles a plus.
