Overview
Our leading Financial Services client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst. This is a daily rate contract role based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes
* Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process guides, policy documents, and compliance reports.
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and align project objectives with business goals.
* Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable steps for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all GDPR compliance measures are seamlessly integrated and documented.
* Design and review database management and data protection strategies to ensure they meet GDPR standards.
* Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on the status of GDPR compliance efforts and other project outcomes.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry
* Exceptional technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and effective documentation.
* Comprehensive knowledge of GDPR and its application in financial services.
* Previous experience managing and implementing GDPR-related projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Educational Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
