About the Role
Due to continued expansion and growth, Accenture is currently recruiting for a Partner Manager to drive the rollout of a unique digital marketing advertising solution across European markets.
We are partnering with Pinterest to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and connect with audiences through innovative ad solutions and analytical insights.

What You’ll Do
* Identify, research, and engage potential new business partners, delivering tailored pitches and value propositions that highlight Pinterest’s unique offering.
* Onboard and support advertisers early in their Pinterest journey, ensuring they’re set up for success before handing off to the account management team.
* Collaborate with existing businesses to understand their marketing goals and co-create strategic campaign plans that drive measurable results.
* Build long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for your partners, ensuring continued engagement and growth.
* Work toward fixed KPIs and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
* Share market insights, opportunities, and learnings with the wider sales team to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a customer-facing, target-driven role (sales, account management, or client partnership).
* Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
* Ability to educate and consult advertisers on campaign setup and optimisation.
* Analytical and data-driven approach to solving business problems.
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Tech-savvy with an interest in emerging digital technologies.
* Proven success in achieving or exceeding quarterly KPIs or sales targets.
