Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Architectural Technologist located in Limerick. The selected individual will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, developing working and construction drawings, and developing architectural designs to support various projects. Collaboration with the architectural and project management team will be key in ensuring project accuracy and meeting deliverables on time. The role will include adhering to industry standards, coordinating with consultants, and supporting the delivery of projects to clients.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Architectural Technology and Technical Drawing
* Ability to develop Working Drawings and Construction Drawings
* Experience in creating and managing Architectural Drawings
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction detailing
* Proficiency in Revit and preferably with associated Building Information Modelling protocol and management skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and a collaborative team mindset
* Relevant degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field
* Previous industry experience is preferred
