With a reputation built on quality, reliability, and innovation, the business operates across the UK and Ireland, supporting many well-known brands through its specialist fleet and end-to-end logistics solutions.
This is a key commercial role within the Tankfreight division, where the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing client relationships while strategically identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Working closely with operational and customer service teams, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering growth and enhancing the companys reputation as one of the leading bulk transporters on the island of Ireland.
The role requires a highly-motivated individual with the tenacity to pursue new markets and the attention to detail to deliver tailored, commercially viable solutions.
The following experience and skills are also required: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the tanker industry and/or strong experience within the wider haulage or logistics sector.
Experience managing long and complex sales cycles, from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation and delivery.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to create and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
Evidence of building and maintaining effective client relationships that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Previous experience preparing tenders, proposals, and presentations for senior decision-makers.
The role is suited to an ambitious, results-driven professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market.
