TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a Temporary Grade IV Assistant Staff Officer to join their fast paced team in Donegal.
Location: Letterkenny
Contract Type: Temporary 12-month contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (35 hours per week)
Rate of Pay: €19.30 – €29.77p/h depending on verified relevant public sector experience
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily office operations, supporting clinical scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple teams and office locations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a self-directed role and brings a strong grasp of IT systems and database management.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
* Provide administrative support to the team, including appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
* Monitor and manage email correspondence and communications with staff across the Region.
* Maintain and update internal databases with accuracy and attention to confidentiality.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of services.
* Perform general administrative duties as required – this role involves typing, filing, and report writing.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
* High level of IT proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Demonstrate experience in managing and maintaining databases.
* Ability to work independently and manage office operations without direct supervision.
