Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Packaging Operations Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing packaging requirements for customers, generating works orders, and managing inventory listings.
The role involves liaising with external suppliers, participating in weekly meetings, and working closely with internal departments to ensure effective packaging operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with external suppliers to source packaging materials
* Generate works orders using internal IT systems
* Manage inventory listings and ensure stock levels are reviewed regularly
* Participate in weekly meetings to discuss proposed projects and initiatives
* Work closely with internal departments to understand packaging requirements
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous administration experience
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
