Sales Development & Operations Executive
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Sales Development & Operations Executive to join a growing commercial team in Dublin.
This is a dual-focused position, split evenly between prospecting activities (50%) and sales operations/administrative support (50%), designed for someone who thrives on both generating new opportunities and keeping a high-performing sales team running smoothly.
You'll play a key role in driving growth across the regions, building and nurturing a strong pipeline of prospects while supporting the team with essential commercial coordination.
Responsibilities
Sales Development (50%)
8. Identify and research potential clients through online tools, databases, and market intelligence.
9. Qualify and nurture leads to support the sales pipeline.
10. Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book meetings and demos.
11. Support targeted sales campaigns and track performance metrics.
12. Maintain up-to-date lead and prospect data within the CRM.
Sales Operations Support (50%)
13. Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
14. Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups between sales reps and prospects/clients.
15. Maintain CRM accuracy and manage key sales reports and dashboards.
16. Assist in the preparation of tenders, pricing, and contracts.
17. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day team operations.
Key Requirements
18. Previous experience in a sales support, commercial, or business development role.
19. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
20. Confident with CRM systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office
21. Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
22. Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
23. A self-starter who enjoys proactive outreach and building relationships.
24. Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated to contribute to long-term growth.
