Our mission is to create a welcoming, energetic, and professional environment where players of all levels can enjoy padel through coaching, social play, and events.We are now seeking a qualified and motivated Padel Coach to join our team and help build a thriving padel community in Navan.Role OverviewAs a Padel Coach at Indoor Padel Ireland, you will deliver structured coaching sessions and support the club with social play, events, and community activities.The role requires availability 7 days per week, with the coach rostered 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends.Alongside coaching duties, the successful candidate will assist with Front of House operations, ensuring the facility runs smoothly and professionally.Key Responsibilities1-to-1 coachingGroup sessionsJunior programmesAssist in developing coaching programmes, academies, and player pathwaysSupport and engage with social play, leagues, tournaments, and club eventsWork together with management to promote padel locally and help attract new players to the sportProvide excellent customer service to members and visitorsAssist with Front of House duties including:Customer check-insBasic bookings supportEquipment hire and setupMaintaining a welcoming club atmosphereContribute to social media and content creation (where appropriate)RequirementsRecognised Padel Coaching QualificationExperience in padel coachingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEnthusiasm for teaching and growing the sport of padelAvailability for evenings and weekendsSocial media/content creation skills a strong advantageWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rate (based on experience and qualifications)Club promotion and marketing support to help grow your coaching client baseOpportunity to be part of Meath's first indoor padel facilityA supportive, energetic working environmentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:On-site gymOn-site parking
