Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Reporting to the senior management team, you will deliver exceptional service standards, ensuring hotel guests receive an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate food and beverage services in accordance with established procedures.
* Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of food and beverage areas.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all food and beverage areas.
* Control temperature, lighting, and ambiance to create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
* Maximize sales through effective upselling techniques.
* Complete daily checklists to uphold staff training standards.
* Execute daily and weekly cleaning schedules to ensure high hygiene standards.
Requirements:
* Previous hospitality experience is highly desirable but not essential.
* Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments.
* Fluent English communication skills are a must.
* Micros system experience would be advantageous.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
* Able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
