Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to service users
* Oversee daily operations and manage staff effectively
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Requirements:
* A Nursing Degree (registered with NMBI) or Level 8 Degree in Social Care (CORU registered)
* Minimum three years' managerial experience in the health sector
* Strong leadership and communication skills
