Role Information
* Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to arriving guests, creating a positive first impression of the hotel.
* Check-In and Check-Out Procedures: Efficiently handle check-in/check-out, collect accurate information, confirm reservations, and process payments in a timely manner.
* Customer Assistance and Inquiries: Attend to guests' inquiries and concerns, provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions; resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Phone and Email Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails, directing to relevant departments; take messages and provide information as needed.
* Lobby Maintenance and Appearance: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and visually appealing; reflect high hotel standards and create a comfortable atmosphere for guests.
Requirements
* Experience in customer service, ideally within the hotel industry
* Ability to make guests feel comfortable and cared for during their stay
* Immaculate appearance with a professional and friendly demeanor
* Some experience with Opera hotel software is a plus
