Job Description:
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead our Dublin cluster of sites. As the primary point of contact, you will oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management services, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with contractual agreements.

About This Role:
As a key leader in our team, you will be responsible for managing budgets, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure profitability and efficiency. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, act as the primary interface between Sodexo and the client, and ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the delivery of multiple IFM services across several sites, ensuring service excellence and contractual compliance.
2. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary interface between Sodexo and the client.
4. Lead and develop on-site teams, promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance.
5. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice across all areas of service delivery.
6. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, statutory, and company policies.
7. Conduct performance reviews, audits, and service evaluations in line with KPIs and SLAs.
8. Support business development by identifying opportunities for growth and service enhancement.

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Facilities Management leadership role, preferably within a multi-site or IFM environment.
2. Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and performance targets.
3. Proven experience in people management, team leadership, and client relationship management.
4. Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with systems such as SAP, Dynamics 365, or Facility Link is an advantage.
6. Strong understanding of compliance requirements, Health & Safety, and quality assurance.
7. IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
