As a member of Bus Éireann's Vetting and Child Safeguarding Office, this administrative role requires a highly trustworthy individual capable of managing sensitive and confidential information within a secure environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and validating vetting applicant documentation and liaising with both internal and external parties to ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
The role requires an independent, diligent professional who demonstrates a high degree of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail. Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills are essential, along with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel is mandatory, alongside experience managing various record-keeping systems.
It is a condition of the role that the successful candidate must be sanctioned and approved for access to the National Vetting Bureau System by An Garda Síochána National Vetting Bureau.
