Receptionist - Fitzwilton Hotel
The Fitzwilton Hotel is looking for a Receptionist to join the Team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unique, memorable and personal experiences for our guests during the process of check-in, check-out, reservations, and will report directly to the Front Office Manager.
You will have intuitive responsiveness to the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service, build strong relationships, anticipate and exceed the guests' expectations
Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check-in/out and complete audit procedures, as required
Take ownership of guests' issues and take action to resolve them immediately
Job Requirements:
This is a Full-Time role @ 39 hours per week consisting of morning and evening shifts.
Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication
A natural ability to sell the Fitzwilton Hotel Experience
Confident with a pleasant disposition and well-groomed
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Working on rotating shifts, including weekends
Experience in front management systems (Hotsoft) desirable
