Internal Sales Support Location: North Dublin Salary: €38,000 €45,000 (dependent on experience) Overview. Our client is a well-established supplier of construction materials and related products have an opportunity for an Internal Sales Support person to join their team. This role plays a key part in day-to-day operations, ensuring customer enquiries and orders are handled efficiently while maintaining high service standards The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external sales representatives, supporting customer relationships and ensuring smooth order processing. Key Responsibilities Processing and following up on customer enquiries and sales orders Liaising with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules Supporting external sales representatives to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships Assisting with counter sales and customer enquiries during busy periods Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with company policies and procedures Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within internal sales, sales support, or a similar environment Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written IT proficient with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of construction materials is advantageous, or a willingness to learn Previous internal sales experience is desirable Working hours can either be worked Monday Thursday: 7.00am 4.15pm, Friday: 7.00am 3.15pm Saturday: 8.00am 12.30pm (rota basis or Monday Thursday: 7.45am 5.00pm, Friday: 7.45am 4.00pm Saturday: 8.00am 12.30pm (rota basis Top of Form If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.Celtic Careers is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
