The Role
We're seeking a hands-on, visionary Food & Beverage Manager to lead our very experienced restaurant, bar, and event operations. You'll drive standards, energise the team, and help shape memorable guest experiences — from weddings to midweek specials.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a dynamic F&B team across multiple outlets
* Ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction
* Manage rotas, stock, budgets, and supplier relationships
* Collaborate on creative campaigns and seasonal offerings
* Champion team development, recognition, and engagement

* Proven F&B leadership experience in hotels or hospitality venues
* Passionate about guest experience, team culture, and local charm
* Strong communicator with a flair for problem-solving
* Financially savvy and operationally sharp
