Job Title: Electrician
About Activ8 Solar Energies is seeking qualified Electricians to install & commission domestic Solar PV systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Install solar panels and electrical components according to Safe Electric specifications and SEAI code of practice.
* Conduct electrical inspections and maintenance on solar systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in solar systems.
* Test and verify system performance using specialized equipment.
* Provide technical assistance to customers regarding their solar systems.
* Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.
* Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
* A qualified Electrician ideally with 3+ years' domestic experience.
* Living within a commutable distance of Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.
* Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
* Experience with electrical testing equipment and tools.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Test & Verification certification would be an advantage.
* A valid driver's license.

Schedule: Monday to Friday – Typically 1 Installation per day.
