Telesales & Customer Service Representative

Location - Dublin

Work model - Hybrid

Contract type - Permanent, full-time

Working hours - Monday to Saturday, rotating shift (between 8:00am - 8:00pm)

The Telesales Agent will provide customer support and administrative services to our client's customers and prospects. Responsibilities include telesales, customer service, administrative tasks, and complaint handling, all aimed at delivering excellent service in line with departmental goals.

Responsibilities:

- Handle high volume inbound & outbound calls, emails, and web chats efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints empathetically and confidently.
- Maintain performance standards by following established processes.
- Analyze complex information and unusual situations effectively.
- Work within a team to meet and exceed performance targets and SLAs.
- Demonstrate initiative and professionalism in all dealings.
- Complete work according to standards and collaborate with other departments as needed.

Personal Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, polite engagement, and objection handling.
- Efficient administration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and positive team collaboration.
- Effective time management and a positive attitude when facing challenges.

Desirable Skills:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Experience with data entry accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
- Certification in computer basics (ECDL or equivalent).
