This is a hands-on, early-start role suited to someone who thrives working independently and takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and consistency.Everything in our kitchen is made from scratch, so professional experience in a similar role is essential.Responsibilities:Morning food preparation to set up the kitchen for daily servicePrepping all ingredients from scratch, following in-house recipes and standardsSetting up kitchen stations, filling sauce bottles, stocking fridges, and ensuring all mise en place is readyWashing up and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy as you go – this is a solo role in the morningsChecking in deliveries (eventually) and managing stock rotationMaintaining high standards of hygiene and organisation throughout your shiftRequirements:Proven experience in a similar prep or kitchen support roleStrong knife skills and confidence working independentlyValid working visa and up-to-date HACCP certification (must-have)Comfortable working solo in the mornings, with the main team joining from around 12/2pmAvailability to work most Saturdays and occasionally both Saturday & SundayReliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong attention to detailSchedule & Flexibility:3 days per week (schedule to be discussed based on availability)Morning start times (initially flexible while training with the team)Shifts rarely require working both weekend days but most Saturdays are expectedJob Type: Part-timePay: €15.00 per hourExpected hours: 12 – 30 per weekExperience:Chef: 2 years (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
