OverviewWe are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive / Social Media Manager to own and execute our company's content across social media platforms on behalf of our confidential client.This role is best suited for someone who can plan, create, film, edit and publish content to drive demand, awareness and build our marketing profile. A special emphasis on trends, and relating those to the product to maximise brand visibility.Core ResponsibilitiesContent OwnershipCreate, Own and Execute Content Calendar across Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn, with both original and trend based ideasTurn strategy, trends and brand products changes into high-quality contentAd-hoc responsibilities: Social media product launch strategies and UGC management.Video & ProductionFilm and edit content in houseComfortable behind camera and directing/coordinatingStrong editing skills for short form social media videos, advertisements and trend based marketingTravel requirements:Client MeetingsCapture content in real world environment - 1/2 site visits per weekBrand & PositioningMaintain a consistent brand voice and visual standardWork closely with management to shape messaging and POVGrowth & DistributionUnderstand platforms and utilise them correctly to progress brandOptimise titles, hooks, thumbnails, formats and posting cadenceWhat we're looking for:Must-HavesExperience in content creation, with strong videography and editing skillsComfortable with some travel to execute in house content creationStrong writing ability for socials and brand marketing developmentSelf-starter who works autonomouslyKeen eye for detailGood marketing eye, produce ideas to develop marketing further both in-house and via socialsThis is the role for you if you're looking for responsibility, visibility and room to create and develop your own ideas from inception into reality.How you'll be measuredConsistency and quality of outputPlatform growth and brand perceptionTimeliness within the ability to turn ideas into finished videos/digital assetsContribution to conversions and salesWhy this role mattersThis role sits within a fast paced growing brand.
