Job Title: Electrical Estimator
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to lead our team.
* Attend project start-up meetings and conduct site visits.
* Produce enquiry schedules for scope of works and packages required from tender documentation, drawings, and specifications.
* Evaluate quotations from suppliers and negotiate when necessary.
* Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for estimating programs.
* Contribute to the project risk register and participate in risk meetings.
* Attend tender price settlement meetings and tender handover meetings.
* Collaborate with the Estimating Manager to facilitate successful development of solutions to problems and estimates.
* Experience in an electrical contracting environment is essential.
* A relevant third-level degree or trade background is required.
* A minimum of five years' experience in a similar role is necessary.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
* The ability to build projects from start to finish, working closely with engineering, procurement, and operational teams, is essential.
€50K-€75K dependent on experience and qualifications
