Job Title: Stores Person - Maintenance Store Location: Little Island, Cork Salary: Up to €40,000 DOE Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Type: Full-time, On-site About the Role FRS Recruitment is exclusively seeking an experienced Stores Person for a well-established manufacturing company in Little Island, Cork.
This is a standalone role with full responsibility for the maintenance store, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.
It's a hands-on, independent position where you will manage all aspects of stock control, ordering, and database management, ensuring the maintenance team has the parts they need to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Manage the maintenance store independently, reporting to the Engineering Manager Maintain accurate stock control and ensure essential parts are always in place Handle ordering and stock replenishment as required Receive, allocate, and log stock into the stores database Conduct regular stock counts and update records accordingly Work closely with the maintenance and process teams to support daily operations Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar stores role (manufacturing or engineering stores experience preferred) Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical parts Excellent IT skills with experience in stock management systems Highly organised with strong communication skills Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of the role What's on Offer Competitive salary up to €40,000 DOE Structured working hours (Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) On-site role in a well-respected manufacturing company Autonomy and responsibility in a key position within the business Apply Now Send your CV today or contact Jason Devlin at FRS Recruitment for more information.
