Executive Assistant required with 7 plus years experience providing executive senior administration support to Directors in a large company environment.

Requirements: Minimum of 7 years plus experience as an Executive Assistant at Director / C-Suite level.
Degree qualified or professional qualification.
Experience of team working, including in cross-functional teams.
Experience of dealing with confidential matters and exercising discretion and good judgment while working with sensitive and confidential documentation.
Proven event management and organisational skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy environment.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and good with numbers and arithmetic.
Understanding of company governance structures.
Proven IT skills.
Evidence of use of and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Project management skills, including the timely delivery of tasks and projects.
