Senior Robotic Surgery Professional
This role plays a pivotal part in establishing a world-class Robot Training and Research Centre.
Main Responsibilities:
* Programme Leadership and Delivery: Oversee the National Robotic Surgery Curriculum at all levels, ensuring seamless execution.
* Business and Operational Management: Spearhead the commercial development of the Robotic Surgery Centre, driving its growth and success.
* Research and Data Management: Facilitate and coordinate research data collection, organisation, and reporting from robotic training programmes.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated expertise in programme or operations management, preferably in healthcare, simulation, or industry start-up environments.
* Proven business development and financial management experience.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, including engagement with clinicians, educators, and industry partners.
