Outsourcing Governance
Support with maintenance of the Group Outsourcing FrameworkSupport in the operation of the Group Outsourcing ForumOngoing analysis of regulatory changes in relation to outsourcing and delegation, ensuring our Group Outsourcing Framework remains up to dateProvide guidance to the business as a subject matter expertOutsourcing Oversight
Support with the oversight of outsourced activities, conducting the necessary risk and due diligence assessments at the outset and on an ongoing basisMaintain the Outsourcing RegisterSupport with regular due diligence reviews of outsourced providers and undertake SLA monitoringAssist with the completion of regulatory applications as requiredRegulatory Change
Ongoing analysis of regulatory changes, ensuring our Group operations are adapted to the latest regulatory standardsSupport with the operation of the Regulatory Change ForumPerform gap analysis for the regulatory projects carried out by the team and recommend changes in our operations to be compliant with the requirementsReporting
Support with the preparation of written and verbal reports to Boards, Senior Management and externally where requiredSkills, knowledge, expertise: Sound regulatory expertiseStrong alignment to Aztec Group valuesVery high level of integrityStrong, clear and concise communication skills (both written and verbal)Proven ability to develop good collaborative working relationships within the business across multiple stakeholdersNegotiation skills and ability to lead and influence individuals at all levels in a positive constructive wayPositive and proactive approachProven practical experience in developing and operating an outsourcing oversight programmeA university degree and / or a relevant professional qualificationAt least 4 years of relevant experience, to include experience of performing oversight of outsourced activities within a financial services environmentLogical approach, analytical abilityAwareness of industry best practice balanced with commercial expectationsProven ability to quickly learn new information, processes and proceduresProven ability to meet deadlines and proactively identify and deal with problemsA self-starter with the ability to work independently on concurrent initiativesWe will provide the training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development.
