Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to take ownership of financial processes while also supporting general office administration. This is a key role ensuring the smooth financial and operational running of the business.
Key Duties –

o Process purchase invoices and reconcile creditor balances
*
o Sage accounts: code invoices accurately to departments and VAT categories
*
o Process bank transactions and reconcile accounts
*
o Send debtor statements and follow up on outstanding payments
*
o Manage RCT submissions on Revenue Online Services (ROS)
*
o Maintain accurate and timely financial filing
*
o Handle calls, correspondence, training records, wages etc
*
o Take meeting minutes and provide general admin support as required
Requirements
*
o Minimum 5 years' accounts experience (construction industry an advantage)
*
o Sage Accounts Package experience (essential)
*
o Strong MS Office skills & familiarity with accounting procedures
*
o Excellent organisational and communication skills
*
o Ability to prioritise tasks, self-motivated and trustworthy
*
o Must be able to commute/relocate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
