Xeinadin was established in 2019 when a number of leading business advisory firms across the UK and Ireland came together to re-imagine the future of accountancy. One of our growing offices, based in Cavan, are currently recruiting for an Audit Senior to join a their high achieving team. The role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries, with a focus on successfully delivering audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines. As Audit Senior, you will be central to the planning and delivering audits engagements, and driving the continued growth of the business.
Your role:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Preparation of accounts and financial statements.
* Completion of tax returns.
* Audit of companies involved in various business sectors.
* Plan and oversee the auditing process.
* Assisting clients meet their regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Develop and mentor trainees
The ideal candidate:
* ACA, ACCA, CPA qualified or equivalent
* 1-3 years experience working in and Irish practice
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP etc.)
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience in leading and managing audit teams in an Irish accountancy setting
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
