Job Title: Housing Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the daily operations of our housing department. The successful candidate will oversee the quality of work within the team, ensuring that all aspects of the department meet the highest standards.
* Responsibilities include:
* Oversight and inspection of bedrooms, cottages, villas, and public areas on a daily basis.
* Leading and directing a team of housing assistants, assigning tasks and duties as needed.
* Ensuring all departmental checklists are completed and reviewed daily.
* Providing training and coaching to team members.
* Liaising with the maintenance department to address any issues or concerns.
* Maintaining high standards in accordance with established protocols and criteria.
* Ensuring personal hygiene and presentation within the department.
* Handling guest inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
* Using initiative to resolve guest queries or problems.
* Maintaining effective communication with the front office department.
Requirements for the Role:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a housing department.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid EU driving license.
