About the Role:
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage social housing projects in Ballina. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing activities to ensure successful project delivery.
The role involves regular programme evaluation, managing client and design team expectations, as well as managing resources, workforce, subcontractors, equipment and materials.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a PM role in construction.
* A third-level qualification in construction management/Civil Engineering.
