Responsibilities
* Update data in internal systems: update and quality-check data in our operational tools (internal platform, Stripe, Zapier, Jira, etc.).
* Coordinate our network of agents: assign tasks, chase missing info, onboard new agents, maintain the agent database and keep the agent knowledge base up to date.
* Provide friendly and timely status updates to customers, and participate in occasional customer calls as needed.
* Investigate and troubleshoot delivery issues, failed payments, or disputed purchases; document incidents and escalate them when necessary.
* Reconcile customer invoices and work closely with Finance to spot discrepancies.
* Maintain and improve process flows, including spreadsheets, simple automations, “how-to” articles, FAQs, and other relevant materials.
* Contribute ideas for workflow automations or tool upgrades; test and document changes before roll-out.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
* Degree or equivalent hands-on (1+ year) experience in Business, Finance, Operations, Logistics, or a related field (internships and part-time roles count).
* Data-savvy mindset: comfortable in spreadsheets (lookups, pivots, filters) and eager to learn low-code tools like Zapier.
* Analytical thinker: able to break down a problem, trace it across multiple systems, and propose a workable fix.
* Clear, confident communicator: strong written English and happy to jump on customer calls.
* High attention to detail: you spot mismatched numbers, missing receipts, and typos before anyone else.
* Positive and empathetic.
* Adaptable self-starter: quick to pick up new tools and juggle tasks.
