Key Responsibilities:
* SUPPORT THE STORE TEAM IN ACHIEVING BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
* MANAGE AND DEVELOP THE STORE TEAM TO DELIVER EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
* ENSURE EFFECTIVE STOCK MANAGEMENT PRACTICES ARE IN PLACE
* Maintain excellent shop floor presentation
* DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL TIMES
Requirements:
* Completed leaving certificate or equivalent qualification
* MINIMUM 2 YEARS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A RETAIL ENVIRONMENT
* Full driving licence
* PASSION FOR FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENTS WITH HIGH VOLUME SALES
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
* FLEXIBILITY TO WORK VARYING SHIFT PATTERNS
