Clinical Nurse Manager Position
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional nurse to take on a leadership position in a residential care unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of resident care, ensuring the safety of residents and staff, and fostering a learning environment.
* Experience in clinical practice, project management, and service management is essential.
* Post registration qualification in gerontology and/or dementia care is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligibility to be registered.
* A minimum of 2-3 years relevant post-registration experience.
