We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Administrator to join our busy team in South Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in client correspondence and communication, accounts, orders, and deliveries.

Your Role:

1. Communicate effectively with clients and off-site colleagues via phone and email

2. Process orders and invoices

3. Arrange for surveys of installation sites
">
4. Schedule appointments in the showroom
">
5. Meet and greet showroom customers
">
6. Arrange and sign for deliveries
">
7. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
">

Requirements:

8. Demonstrable customer-facing experience, ideally in a high-end/luxury goods environment
">
9. 2+ years experience in a sales environment
">
10. Competence with technology
">
11. Experience with Xero, Outlook, and MS Dynamics is advantageous
">
