The team is experiencing significant growth due to increased regulatory pressure across the banking sector and is expanding its Finance Transformation and Regulatory Reporting capability in Dublin.

10+ years’ experience within Financial Services (consulting or industry)
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. BCBS239, RDARR, IFRS9, IReF)
Experience leading teams and delivering complex projects
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients
Strong analytical mindset with a commercial and problem-solving approach
Experience working on regulatory change or transformation programmes
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into Director/Partner level within the FS Business Consulting team, this role will involve leading client engagements and managing high-performing teams across regulatory and transformation projects.
Client Delivery – Lead regulatory and credit risk engagements for major FS clients, ensuring high-quality delivery
Subject Matter Expertise – Act as an SME across regulatory frameworks including BCBS239, IFRS9, RDARR and IReF
Team Leadership – Manage and mentor teams of business analysts and consultants across multiple workstreams
Stakeholder Management – Engage with senior client stakeholders, providing insights and advisory support
Programme Delivery – Oversee feasibility studies and contribute to large-scale transformation programmes
Business Analysis Oversight – Guide teams in gathering requirements and translating into practical solutions
Strategic Input – Contribute to shaping client solutions and transformation roadmaps
Practice Development – Support business development and contribute to the growth of the FS consulting practice
